Pall, a 5-11, 235 pound defensive lineman, played the last two seasons at Vanier College in Montreal, Quebec. In 2007, the team won their second straight Bol d'Or trophy, which goes to the champion of the CEGEP Triple-A football league. Pall was named MVP of the Bol d’Or in both 2006 and 2007 and also received all-league honors. He holds the school’s all-time and single season sack records. Vanier College also produced former Carolina Panther Tshimanga Biakabutuka.
Guess it's the Panther connection.

Why is he transfering and will he have to deal with any restrictions from the NCAA?

I'll try to get some more info from my Terrier brethren. Any ideas, Eyes of old Main or Woffordgrad94?

I not worry too much about ability. If he was that great and accessible I am sure one of our good buddies north of here would have jumped on him.
