This is a good article.
Basically John Czarnecki makes two points.
First, had Matt Walsh really had a tape that showed the Patriots had a recording of the Rams walkthrough practice it would have made its way onto tv by now.
Second, Czarnecki says he was at the stadium that day and there was not much of a practive, just Rams players relaxing, goofing around waiting to take the team picture, mostly because the Rams weren't too keen on having an open practice where they could be recorded, not by the Patriots but by the division rival Saints who despite requests by the Rams were allowed to remain in the stadium during the "practice"
