You can officially stick a fork in Petty Enterprises now unless they go bring in some young talent and rebuild from the ground up. They will not be successful with Kyle driving and they won't be successful with a retread driver from somewhere else. Better yet, they should merge with another mid level team and try to create a top teir team.

unfortunatly they had a plan completely built around Adam and they just havent been able to rebound since his death at NHIS in 2000.

I think Kyle needs to step away from the car and totally concentrate on running the team.
