The Easton Red Rovers added to their long legacy in wrestling by crowning two more state champions tonight in Hershey, PA. Kegan Handlovic at 119 (his second title) and Jordan Oliver at 130 ( his third title). Easton now has crowned 34 state champs. Easton may have also finished 3rd in the state team tournament title chase (unknown at the moment on some consolation results).
Oliver will be going to Oklahoma State on a full scholarship. He finishes with a record of 175-5 in four years of varsity wrestling (which includes some very competitive national tournaments), and 3 of the losses occuring his freshman year. In the last two years he never gave up a takedown!
