41. Tennessee- (via trade from Detroit) - OT Michael Roos, Eastern Washington, Sr., 6'6 1/2 318 5.13- mid to late 3rd round grade, very raw but great upside
42. Dallas- OLB Kevin Burnett, Tennessee, Sr., 6'2 3/4 230 4.57- early to mid 2nd round grade, great size
43. New York Giants- CB Corey Webster, LSU, Sr., 5'11 200 4.40- late 2nd round grade, good size and speed
44. Arizona- RB J.J. Arrington, California, Sr., 5'9 214 4.42- very productive but small, early 3rd round grade
45. Seattle (via trade from Carolina) - ILB Lofa Tatupa, USC, Jr., 6'0 240 4.70- early 4th round grade, reach but productive, Kiper had him 5th which is very low
46. Miami (via trade from Kansas City) - DE Matt Roth, Iowa, Sr., 6'3 3/4 274 4.76- late 1st round grade, fierce sack artist, great value
