Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought all FCS teams were playing 12 this season. As you can see, we only have 11 scheduled...

Alot of the Gateway schools are only playing 11. I know we are, I think NDSU, UNI, Illinois State, WIU are too.

Should be a good game against Northwestern.

That's a really nice schedule. I like the opening game with Hampton followed by a manageable BCS league game with Northwestern.

Hard to understand the NON-counter game with UND? But still looks goodxthumbsupx

Without talking to the Saluki folks, I bet that had something to do with a buyout of Lennon's contract.

I like playing a provisional who is moving up better than playing some D2 school.

This is a non-counter that will give them a game. Just ask Northern Iowa. I don't think it is hard to understand though, Lennon is throwing a bone to his old school.

Nice schedule. Do you really open up on Tuesday night? That is interesting if so. Two games in 5 days, that might be a grind, but I don't doubt you guys will have the talent and ability to pull it off.

I think we are looking for a 12th game. Not sure if SIU is or not. They should be 2-0 coming into our game with them.

Not really. SIU has historically played NAIA teams (sometimes two in a season). This is a good slate.

my fault. the first game against Hampton is on the 6th, not the 9th.

Cap'n Cat, despite outward appearances and annoying rhetoric, really respects and applauds what has happened at SIU in the last 8-9 years. Quite a story.
