42 days away from Gibbs Stadium is not going to be a good opening to 2008.

Can't believe their AD couldn't find another home game.xeekx

Boy, that Samford/Wofford match up over in AL will be a hot ticket xsmiley_wix

Anyone want to take a stab at attendance numbers for it?

True, except that all but one of those games will be wins for them.

WoW, coming TO CSU. That is surprising to me. Did not realize it was and home and home contract. Great. Better triple the visitors side stands by then it only holds about 600 people now.

Only 11 games?

Ayers has repeatedly said he didn't like the 12th game, so I'm guessing that was his choice.

I wish we were laying another game, but I see his point. Besides, we're planning on a 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th game anyway.

That's OK, because that'd make us SoCon champs again because there no way Furman will run the table.

We almost got them on 2006. We'll get them this time around.

At least one because I'll be there.

Doesn't really matter though. At least I won't have to worry about having drinks thrown on me.

I'm looking forward to the rematch at The Rock, which means I won't have to listen to Sam Wyche at all unless he's sitting next to me in section 10

He's old and sickly anyway, so I think I could take him

As long as he doesn't suggest you go for two, you should be OK.

No I think we are going to have some problems with the Hokiesxsmiley_wix :p :D

PS I like the schedule. One instate big boy, and two instate FCS teams along with the SoCon. xnodx

Make that two, B'ham is closer to LA than Wofford and I make all the home games.

His vocal chord was cut during a biopsy on lymphnodes in his chest. He's not sickly, only sounds that way.

I wouldn't challenge a former NFL player to anything other than a game of chess.

You're the guy with the olive skin and the Roman nose who spends as much or more time turned around facing the crowd than you do facing the field, right? xlolx

Your efforts to make me get up and get loud are all for naught! My job is to worry and be nervous. Your job is to make enough noise for both of us. xthumbsupx

I didn't know that. Just so we're clear, I wasn't making fun of how he sounds, I was making fun of what he says. I wouldn't joke about someone's medical condition, but I'm not a fan of his color work, and when he does one of our games he's bad luck for us.

I'm surprised USC didn't drop Wofford for this year after the close call a couple years ago. I guess they have a lot of faith in Spurrier.

The long road trip is so that people won't make fun of our home attendance.:D

The real problem is that our AD is a The Citadel grad.

Cool. Good to meet a WoCo grad in the general area. Not too many of us down here.
