28. San Diego- NT Luis Castillo, Northwestern, Sr., 6'3 305 4.82- early 2nd round grade, steroids did not drop him which many thought they would
29. Indianapolis- CB Marlin Jackson, Michigan, Sr., 6'0 1/4 192 4.45- very good athlete, early 2nd round grade
30. Pittsburgh- TE Heath Miller, Virginia, Jr., 6'4 1/2 255 4.70- good hands, productive
31. Philadelphia- DT Mike Patterson, USC, Sr., 5'11 1/4 291 4.90- undersized but productive, early 2nd round grade
32. New England- OG Logan Mankins, Fresno State, Sr., 6'4 307 5.10 late 2nd-early 3rd, injury concerns
