Still waiting on 1 more player to make their pick this week, but in anticipation of only 2 teams being picked and the possibility that those 2 teams both lose I am going to have each of you PM me a score from the game you pick for a tiebreaker.
Order of tiebreakers will be:
1. Closest to the sum of margin of victory AND total score. For example: pick is Montana State wins 34-30, final is South Dakota wins 28-20. Margin of victory is off by 12 & total score is off by 16, for a total of 28 points off. (If 2 or more players tie for lowest score they will move on to #2 and everyone else will be eliminated).
2. Closest to total score only. (If 2 or more players remain tied they will move on to #3 and everyone else will be eliminated).
3. Closest to exact score of team picked to win. From the example in #1, player would be off by 14 points on how many points Montana State scores. (If 2 or more players remain tied they will move on to #4 and everyone else will be eliminated).
4. I throw my hands up in the air and declare a co-champion(s)!
Once everyone has their score picks in I will post them in this thread either Friday night or Saturday morning so everyone knows what they are.

If that player has, ‘crossed the road,’ while we, unfortunately, may be unable to discern the reason for said crossing, be advised that FUBeAR stands, ever vigilant, and at the ready to step in and fulfill his/her (hens are “hers,” right?) competitive obligations.

If two or more are tied after applying criterion number 2, they will also be tied based on criterion number 3. Criterion number 1 uses both, so you may as well throw your hands up in the air after number 2.
Alternatively, the third tiebreaker could be one player gets either team's game score exactly right.

That’s a good observation, and I do like your alternative suggestion. Though I think I’ll alter it a little and say whichever player is closest to the score of the team they picked to win.

I have edited the original post outlining the tiebreaker procedure.

I kept SDSU in my back pocket because of their D. It is better than the MSU D and that will win them the Natty.
