You missed one, Alabama State recieved 1 vote. Right now they are clearly the best team in the SWAC.

A crummy OOC record for the Cards. Their record does not indicate where they are at this point in the season. Lamar has got to keep winning before they show up on this thing...

I saw the Cards earlier this season and they were awful. All indications are that they are a better team...

Question....why in the world is there a poll for mid majors? It's like who's the best of the also rans. In basketball, unlike football, everyone is on the same playing field, there are no non-scholly basketball teams. Granted if you are one of the smaller schools, you most likely have to run the table to crack the top 25, but it is not impossible. Anyway, if you win your conference (tournament) you get in the big dance anyway.
