PHILADELPHIA – After helping lead the University of Pennsylvania women's basketball team to a 2-0 week with victories over Merrimack (Fri.) and Maine (Sun.), freshman Katie Collins was named Ivy League Rookie of the Week, announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.
