Dallas also wants to block Kidd from going to Houston or San Antonio, Id imagine they could go a tad crazy trying to get Kidd back, Dallas losing a #1 is no big deal...Teams draft guys by size not ability that low in the 1st round so those picks are 50/50 at best

One really must do a better job defining "huge".
If "huge" is implied by the number of players involved, then yes, this would be a "huge" trade.
If "huge" is meant to imply some significance beyond a single player, then, no, this is far from "huge".
Jason Kidd is an excellent player. But he's the only tier 1 or even tier 2 player of the 12 and the draft picks won't even be lottery picks.
