So I take it that Nicholls victory over McNeese didn't win Nicholls much respect.

As for McNeese, this is their Homecoming and I hope they can pull it off, in spite of poor coaching, play calling, poor clock management, and strange use of timeouts.

Most everyone who usually votes already has done so. I was expecting a couple of the games to be more split than they are. I may have to flip a coin on two of the games.

McNeese announced yesterday that QB Clifton McDowell is done for the season due to an injury to his throwing hand. Redshirt freshman Kamden Sixkiller, who has started and played in games this year in McDowell's absence, will be the starter, backed up by sophomore transfer Alex Flores and true freshman Devin Lippold who should be able to play if needed without risking his redshirt. McDowell, it is reported, will have surgery, will remain with the team, and may ask for another year of eligibility from the NCAA.
