Good article. But Brady still has to play with the same rules today that everyone else has to. He and Manning will be two of the best quarterbacks of this new generation.

To quote comic book guy: Stupidest Article Ever.
All those old timers were great, but played against D-linemen and linebackers who were half as big, half as fast and stupider from more blows to the head. None of those guys ever saw a zone blitz or any of today's complicated defenses.
Brady has his decisions made for him? He checks down on almost every play.
Brady is the A-Rod of the NFL? You mean the A-Rod who chokes in the post-season, and has never won a thing, vs. Brady, who elevates his game in the post-season and has three rings?
Johnny U junior? Gimme a break. hey junior, what did YOU ever do in the NFL? Oh that's right, nothing. Stop living on your dad's fame. Your dad was amazing. You were not.
Dan Fouts? A system QB if ever there was one. And how many rings do you have Danny boy? How man Super Bowls did you even play in? Oh that's right, none and none. A tad upset the Pats kicked your beloved Chargers behinds while LadyDanian Tomlinson pouted on the sideline? Great leadership, LT.
This guy is boring old curmudgeon pining about the "good old days" because he is angry he is getting old.
Brady may not be the greatest of all time, but he's part of the debate with all those other guys and not just "in line."
