QB Kelly Makes Verbal Commitment to Montana St.

The Rocky Mountain High School senior gave his verbal commitment to the Bobcats late last week, just a few days after he returned from his official visit to the school.
Kelly chose Montana State over fellow Big Sky Conference school Northern Colorado.

First team all-state 5A Colorado.

Threw for 2,349 yards, 27 TDs, 5 INTs and a completion percentage of 56.1%. Also ran for 208 yards and 7 TDs, but is not dual-threat by any means, as his long was 12 yards. He has good mobility in the pocket, can avoid the sack, but I've heard he doesn't have great arm strength. He was rated a 68 grade on ESPN and the #119 QB in the country. He is a lefty too. :)
