For the Towson people- if there are any, what are we thinking? What happened to the original starter at QB? Is your team good? underperforming? Or just like a Campbell type team with tons of talent that does not equate to a good "team".. I for one am nervous.
For The Stony Brook folk- opinion on what you saw from Towson and also how are ya'll feeling? Is there excitement building? Monmouth @ Stony Brook last Saturday of the season could mean a hell of a lot for both teams. who would have thought that?

This whole thread is cruising a little too close to Emily Dickinson territory for me.

Ever since covid the population here has shot down, and I don't mean JMU fans leaving but for a lot of schools with teams still in the FCS. I used to see a handful of Towson and SBU fans posting, now they pretty much stick to their own board.

I think I would of liked her, she talks nautical
Wild Nights – Wild Nights!
Were I with thee
Wild Nights should be
Our luxury!
Futile – the winds –
To a heart in port –
Done with the compass –
Done with the chart!
Rowing in Eden –
Ah, the sea!
Might I moor – Tonight –
In thee!

there is a clear pattern here. Most all of these schools are in the Northeast. Some northeast schools have a football following but it’s different down South etc. I have friends here from NY and NJ and they are SHOCKED that anyone cares so much about college sports. Then we went to a Clemson tailgate. He’s a Philly Eagles fan. Got a Brian Dawkins jersey … SAW THE VIEW. xdrunkyx He’s all in on Southern College football and tailgates now.
went to Furman. Clemson. South Carolina. Citadel. He goes to them all now for the VIEW …. said “it ain’t like this up north. AT ALL !!!. 30,000 plus ladies in sundresses ( warm weather ) and alcohol at the big schools - He’s a total convert now. Lol
still loves the Eagles. Phillies. But is all about our tailgates down here now. He said “ tailgate college Saturday! Then watch his Eagles on Sunday. Said it’s ok at Rutgers - fun even - but not the same.

And during SEC games the cameramen never miss a chance to pan over the tanned honeys in the stands. Does not matter which SEC site it is, they are out in full force.

as far as "tanned Honeys" at the FCS level i would have to vote for UC Davis games, and kudos to the camera guy, if she's out there he will find her

I'm sure there are FCS schools in other regions without AGS posters. I just don't know for sure b/c I'm not looking at all the individual conference threads on a regular basis. Does Indiana State have anyone? How about Northern Colorado? Bethune-Cookman? Northwestern State?
Would actually be cool to put together a list of "active" posters -- let's say at least one post in the last year to count as active. And tally up number from each school. Then we'd see how many are zeroes.

There’s at least one Indiana State fan that I know of on here, the only Valley school that hasn’t had a poster in a few years to my knowledge is Missouri State. Used to be one who posted frequently years back but haven’t seen him since.

oceandogs! Like that username
last year it looked like your coach had totally lost the team, I’m talking about more things than just a winless season
I know your DC passed away right before the season as well
