TOWSON, Md. – Towson University women's basketball player Patricia Anumgba has been named a 2024-25 Preseason All-CAA First Team selection, announced by the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) office on Friday afternoon. The graduate guard is one of four unanimous first team selections on the preseason team.
