Chargers President Dean Spanos said he was “cautiously optimistic” that NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell will announce next week that the Chargers will play a 2008 regular-season game in London, England. The game, which would be only the second regular-season game ever played outside of North America, would be against one of the Chargers’ road opponents.

That's good, if it is, because that's supposed to be an away game

yeah a far far away game. That sucks for you man. Sucks for me because I have Colston & Gates on my fantasy team, hope they don't get jet lag. I read on the ESPN bottom line last week that Tampa was the team heading to London & that Buffalo was going to play a home game in Toronto

There's no way the Bucs were going to London, reports here said folks are still upset about the Glazers buy Manchester United.

It's all good I was just stating what they were saying here. That was the reason the Bucs said they may not go. xpeacex

It's only a 15 hour flight from San Diego...

Couldn't they get an east-coast team to go over there...
