TALLAHASSEE, Fla. | The Florida A&M women's cross-country team stayed close to home for its Friday (Oct. 11) meet, competing on familiar ground at Apalachee Regional Park for the Florida State XC Invitational. Leading the way for the Rattlers was Tara Bert, who shaved nearly two minutes off her previous collegiate best to finish in 18:54.0.
