For the second week in a row, Harvard is playing on Friday night again, this time on the road against Cornell. A SWAC conference game between UAPB and Prairie View will also take place on Friday night.

A contrary view: why is Eastern football so tied to the earliest possible starts (Friday, Saturday 12 noon, etc.) when the fans won't get up early to travel there? Why can't there be Saturday evening (prime time) games?

I considered driving up! Ithaca is a little less than 2 hours and the foliage is nearing its peak right now in CNY. I easily could have hung out at a coffee shop downtown, had lunch, and got some work done, then walked around campus before the game. Plus, the Northern Lights could be spectacular tonight! However, the drive back at night this time of year is just super sketchy given all the deer.

My opinion: Brown IS the problem. Ever since he has taken over we have had the most undisciplined teams. Too much mouthing and showboating and not enough focus on taking care of business. That is why teams like West Georgia sneak up on us.

1) Tonight's loss is on ACU, their penalties, soft defense and lack of adjusting. 2) Credit to UNA. I knew they would trip someone up this year. I just didn't think it would be us. 3) UCA is still playing ok, and like UNA, UWG is a lot better than people give them credit for. 4) ACU got too big for their britches. Hopefully they learned a lesson tonight, but we will see.
