I'm simply not going to rank an 0-3 team. Chattanooga has played reasonably well vs 1 lower tier P5 FBS opponent and what appears to be a very good Mercer team. But starting the season with two FBS games is their own choice and it is plain stupid. You need to show you can beat teams in your own subdivision, and they haven't proven that yet. There should be no prizes for just trying hard in Division 1 college football. If they needed to include a 2nd SoCon team it should have been Wofford.

No change for Nova for its 1pt home victory over previously non-ORV Towson (who now got 2 poll points).
W&M moved up 1 spot for winning its road game against Wofford in the closing minutes, which is a good win, but Wofford goes from 85 poll points down to 82 points?! Make that make sense. Either Wofford is a good win and a late-game victory is deserving of moving up, or they struggled against a fringe team.
Most egregious is Albany still hanging in the top 20, with a 6 pt win over LIU (improved, but nothing to hang your hat on) and getting destroyed by Idaho.

Chatty has played OK but 0-3 is 0-3
