I don't think the bar has ever been so low to be the best team in PA. With that said, while Villanova has had a stranglehold on it for the last 10 years or so (since Dixon left Pitt) I would argue their time at the top is over. I would have Pitt there for the simple fact they were the only PA school to dance last year combined with the fact they should be vie for another bid this season. IMO, St. Joe's, Temple and Villanova are about equal right now with Duquesne not far behind.
