PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania men's basketball team will be represented at this year's FIBA U20 Eurobasket, as incoming freshman Michelangelo Oberti will play for Italy. The nine-day event starts Saturday, July 13 and will run through Sunday, July 21 in Gdynia, Poland.
