PHILADELPHIA - The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced its All-American Scholars for the 2023-24 academic year and the list includes three University of Pennsylvania players in rising senior Natalie Cao, rising junior Bridget O'Keefe, and rising sophomore Maggie Ni.
