PHILADELPHIA - The Intercollegiate Rowing Coaches Association (IRCA) announced its major award winners for the 2023-24 season on June 21, and the University of Pennsylvania's Nicholas B. Paumgarten Head Coach of Men's Heavyweight Rowing, Al Monte, has been named this year's recipient of the organization's Leadership Award.
