The PL has a legitimate chance to get 3 wins against the MAC. Obviously, the league can easily go 0-3 despite the match ups being favorable. As it is heading into the season, Lafayette at Buffalo, Fordham at Bowling Green, and Colgate at Akron are opportunities to individually and collectively turn some heads.

The league has the potential for 3-4 viable teams but there's also a reasonable chance perception takes a hit due to Colgate's, HC's, and to a lesser extent Fordham's difficult OOC schedules taking their toll. Holy Cross's is sneaky brutal IF UNH and URI are similar to better than they were last year.

Georgia Tech is a money game to the athletic department but not in the absolute sense; relative to UGA or Clemson or Florida State. I would expect any "good" FCS team/program to approach a game with the Yellow Jackets as a competitive opportunity. Louisville in recent years is a step above but if they're down there's a chance for an amicable outcome.

I wish Lehigh would schedule Georgia Tech. Atlanta is easy to fly to from the Northeast and the schools share some common threads academically. Plus, if Lehigh ever returns to their standard, I think it could be a 3/4 quarter game.

The Vandals will have their hands full with the first game with Oregon. If it isn't a bloodbath, the Oregon coaches were simply looking to exercise certain plays before getting into the rest of their schedule. I'm guessing 52-17.

The next game is against Wyoming. This game is a little tougher to dissect. New coach and a very winnable game. Even though a short trip, I am guessing another loss at 21-18 heartbreaker.

Don’t see SDSU @ Oklahoma State on here.

A year ago I would’ve felt very good about SDSUs odds. Cowboys were in a free-fall and didn’t look to be improving, but they finished 2023 very strong and got 10 wins. I still think SDSU can pull it off but it’ll be much tougher than what it looked like a year ago.
