RICHMOND, Va. — Funeral services for Thomas "Tommy" Gilman, head coach of Spider baseball from 1977 to 1984, will be held Thursday in Richmond. A graveside service will be held in the Palmer Chapel Mausoleum at Hollywood Cemetery at 11 AM, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 7 PM at Independence Golf Club. The Celebration of Life is hosted by Gilman's former players.
