WORCESTER, Mass. – The University of Pennsylvania men's lightweight crew had a superb day at the EARC Sprints, winning gold in the Second Varsity Eight and taking silver medals in the Varsity Eight and Third Varsity Eight. As a result, the Quakers won the Jope Cup for overall points for just the second time in program history—the other coming in 1967—scoring 36.00 points to best second-place Harvard (34.00) and third-place Cornell (29.00).
