MARICOPA, Ariz. — For the second straight day, Drew Carlin carded a 3-under 69 to lead the Spiders at the National Golf Invitational at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club. Carlin, who is playing in the final event of his sophomore season, has now equaled the lowest round of his collegiate career in consecutive rounds. He'll enter Sunday's final round at 6-under par (138), tied for fourth on the individual leaderboard.
