I have been told by sources at GSU that Brandon Jackson has filed his paperwork for the NFL Draft and is considering leaving early. He has ran into some trouble off the field and won't be back at Georgia Southern.

Anyone else heard this?

If any of you GSU guys hear this please post. The only reason I posted this already is because a good source of mine down there told me about this. They said he was going to be in this draft, unless he decides to sit out and transfer. They talked like he wouldn't be back. Hopefully some GSU people can verify this either way.

He regressed this year big time. Ronnie Wiggins would have taken his starting job next year, anyway. We need to find some depth now, but the Wiggins-Carson Hill CB tandem will be very good.

If the rumors are true he has too much baggage and he was about a year away from being good enough. I heard they are true and he will probably end up in the CFL or AFL.
