Looking at the play-by-play, Saint Louis only had 8 points with 11 minutes left in the game. If they didn't have a scoring surge (12 points in 11 minutes) they would have ended up with about 12 or 13 points.

The previous low since the shot clock was introduced in 1985-86 was 21 by Georgia Southern in a 40-point loss to Coastal Carolina in 1997. It was matched by Princeton in a 20-point loss to Monmouth in 2005.

I watched it on TV and trust me, it was BAAAAAAAAAD basketball. Sad part is, they only gave up 49 points and still lost by 19. GW wasn't very good either.
