ORLANDO, Fla. – In a match destined to become an instant classic, the No. 8-seeded University of Richmond women's tennis team upset the No. 1 seed VCU, 4-3, Thursday afternoon for the program's first ever win over the Rams courtesy of a match clinch from Polina ****ikova. The Spiders earned a spot in the A-10 Championship semifinal match, and will take on No. 4 Fordham at 4:30 p.m. on Friday at the USTA National Campus in Orlando.
