WEST LONG BRANCH, N.J. – On Friday, William & Mary baseball opened its series at Monmouth with a low-scoring game, which was tied 1-1 heading into the eighth inning. Following suit, only two runs scored in Saturday's contest as the Tribe (21-10, 5-3 CAA) fell to Monmouth (8-16, 4-4 CAA), 2-0, as the series evened at one apiece.
