They actually did line up, but our team was in the endzone celebrating with the Davis fans. By the time our team got organized most of the Stanford players had turned around and headed to the locker room. About 15 of them stayed out to shake hands.

Some of the pictures give you something of an idea of what it was like there. The Davis fans were overflowing from our two sections, from row 1 to row 200 or however many there are. Those that listened heard the crowd - it sounded like a home game for Davis. What a great day for the University.

Sorry, had to revive this point from this thread after I realized this:

Stanford is about 20 miles from San Jose, where Troy lost the Silicon Valley Bowl to Northern Illinois last year.
