PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania track and field programs are on the road again competing in the Raleigh Relays and the Pepsi Florida Relays. The Raleigh Relays start on Thursday and run through Saturday, while the Florida Relays is a two-day event starting on Friday.
