PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania women's rowing team begins the spring season on Saturday by competing in the Big Ivy Dustup, which features seven crews from the Ivy League (Penn, Yale and Harvard), the Big Ten (Rutgers, Ohio State and Indiana), and the ACC (Syracuse).
