The University at Albany men's lacrosse team scored 10 goals in the first quarter en route to a dominating 19-8 win over UMass Lowell to start America East conference play on Saturday afternoon. It was the most goals scored in a single game since the Great Danes dropped 19 in a 2021 matchup with Binghamton.
