DOVER – Head Football Coach Lee Hull announced that Delaware State University will open the 2024 season at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu, HI on Tuesday. This will break a nearly 50-year stint since an HBCU played Hawaii, making Delaware State the Fifth HBCU to travel to the Island.
