Hampton, Va. – The University of Richmond swimming and diving program wrapped up its second day of competition at the Atlantic 10 Championships with two podium visits. Freshman Melissa Nwakalor dominated the lanes, earning the gold medal in the 50 free with a new program record. She was also a member of the 200 free relay group who took 2nd place finish and the silver medal.
