BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – On a day the program honored seven outgoing seniors, the Gardner-Webb wrestling team (7-8, 3-4 SoCon) downed Virginia Military Institute (9-10, 2-5 SoCon), 28-10, in Sunday afternoon's home finale at Paul Porter Arena. The Runnin' Bulldogs won eight of 10 matches, capped by a first-period pinfall victory by Jha'Quan Anderson at 184 pounds over VMI's Ethan Barrett.
