...they are scheduled to play NAU through the 2008 season. The SUU Thunderbirds have a 4-7 record against NAU, including a 2-6 record in Flagstaff.

NAU defeated Southern Utah by a score of 41-12 last year at their place.

The Thunderbirds have started out 0-2 thus far, including a 34-0 loss to Texas State. The inexperienced Thunderbirds will be facing an experienced QB in NAU's Jason Murrietta.

Our three year starter (Senior) QB Barrick Nealy had 120 yards rushing and 176 yards passing against SUU. Barrick has a rocket arm and deceiving speed at 4.6 in the 40 for someone that is 6'5" and 225 lbs.

According to the box score on Texas State's athletic site, Nealy had 140 yards on the ground. Over 300 total yards by the qb. Damn impressive, I don't care who you're playing...unless it's Bacone College. :D
