SPARTANSBURG, S.C. – On their opening day of the 2024 campaign, the Colonials won their first game of the season against George Mason thanks to a walk-off home run by Avery Winchell, winning 4-3 (8 innings). RMU then fell in their second contest of the day against Wofford, 3-0. The Colonials overall are 1-1 to begin the season.
