The South Dakota State softball team jumped out to a lead and eventually matched their Division I program record for runs scored in a single game as the Jackrabbits defeated Fresno State, 20-8, on Thursday in six innings. The win came in both teams' season opener as part of the Fresno State Kickoff Classic at Margie Wright Diamond
