PHILADELPHIA – After going 2-0 in duals on the weekend, freshman Max Gallagher of the #20 University of Pennsylvania wrestling team was named Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association (EIWA) Wrestler of the Week announced by the conference on Monday afternoon.
