GRAND FORKS, N.D. – Due to whiteout conditions on I-29 and the blizzard warning that goes until 6 p.m. on Saturday evening, the North Dakota track and field teams were forced to withdraw from competition at the Bison Team Cup. The winter storm is expected to cause whiteout conditions throughout the day, 40 MPH winds and wind chills as low as below 35 below zero.
