PHILADELPHIA – The Ivy League has announced its weekly awards in men's basketball, and for the third time in the last four weeks a University of Pennsylvania freshman has been named Ivy League Rookie of the Week. This time it's freshman guard Tyler Perkins, who earns the honor for the first time this season.
