For the 18th time in its NCAA Division I history the Eastern Illinois football team has been ranked in the final Top 25 poll for the FCS level. The Panthers ended the year ranked No. 24 in the final AFCA FCS Coaches Top 25 rankings released on Monday following the FCS National Championship game.
