Drake head football coach Todd Stepsis was named American Football Coaches Association 2023 FCS Region 4 Coach of the Year, the AFCA announced on Wednesday, Dec. 6. The winners, including Stepsis, will be honored on Tuesday, Jan. 9, during the 2024 AFCA Convention in Nashville, Tenn.
