Can anyone imagine an all South Dakota FCS natty at all .. much less happening before an all North Dakota final ? Or before an all Montana final.

I would also point out the FCS schools from the smallest states are also some of the top FCS football attendance programs in all of FCS. It pays to be the only game in town ... and be good.

I meant prior to this year, and more generally.

But yes, the Dakotas have sure raised the bar this season, especially USD ... and even UND !!! I don't think prior to this season, many would have put USD's chances ahead of UND's ... or maybe they would, I dunno. But until the last 2 seasons, SDSU looked like they may never get past NDSU in post season .. reg season, sure. But post season took a few more years for SDSU to get to this point.

State schools to run with it. Jackrabbits painfully know how hard it is to beat the Bison twice in one season, though USD did beat them to the punch at hosting the fighting Entzes on their home turf instead of in Fahr-goh... I don't think that's going to ultimately matter, and believe the Coyotee magic will be running out. #playoffs
