FUBeAR is not playing this Pick’em game cuz Mr. Chicken deliberately ignored FUBeAR’s picks earlier in the season - which is why FUBeAR picked up the lapsed subscription renewal fees on the Villanova over Delaware curse. You CeruleanChickens can thank Mr. Chicken’s rudeness for that thrashing your Team rec’d last Saturday.

But … on to the purpose of this post - 2 comments - 1 interesting (FUBeAR thinks) and the other just self-centered, as is the way of FUBeAR.

NCCU @ Richmond - FUBeAR finds it interesting that Richmond’s matchup against NCCU will be the Spiders’ 5th HBCU opponent this season.

Lafayette @ Delaware - FUBeAR, without any evidence to support his feelings (so well-aligned with the way the Playoff Committee makes its decisions), believes Delaware has a better chance of flying out to Missoula and upsetting the GrizzledBears than the Leopards do…So, even though FUBeAR’s next door neighbor was a Lafayette Cheerleader, FUBeAR is a BIG YouDee fan this week. You see, if the AzureAvians can pull off that upset (and Furman can defeat the winner of Chatt @ APSU), then the Foul-mouthedFowl get to come to Travelers Rest to give the Paladins the game they owe us anyway and to a place where they’ve only known defeat. Sure, FUBeAR would love to watch Furman destroy MT (is that pronounced the same as emp-ty, as in devoid of a populace?) in WAGrizzzz Stadium, but he only budgeted a #2 Seed Air Fare financial allocation. So, he’s counting on the ProgressivePoultry to git’r’done.
